The open living space includes the main living room, kitchen, and a dining table that seats six guests. For those who like to visit around the kitchen counter, there are three bar stools to be a part of the action. An additional living room is adjacent to the second Master Suite and provides entertainment with a television, board games, and sleeper sofa. Enjoy a shaded space with a front facing patio. The backyard also has everything you need. Dive into the sparkling pool with a waterfall feature. Get a tan on the loungers or get some shade in the cabana. Dine under the pergola with the fireplace lit to keep you warm in the evenings after grilling on the barbecue.

Things you need to know

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and occur up to two times a week.

Pool heat is an additional $150 per day plus taxes.

Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase additional supply of these items.
